3 1/2 lbs Beef Ribs
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 1/2 Cups Barbecue Sauce (ensure no alcohol or pork by-products)

Use meaty back ribs or short ribs for best results
For milder flavor, substitute smoked paprika for chili powder
Add pickles and coleslaw as sides
Glaze optional: reserve 1/4 cup sauce, reduce it on the stove for added depth
