Ingredients
Milk Chocolate Chips, 11.5 oz (or 1 bag)
Mini Marshmallows, 1 cup
Graham Crackers, 1 box
Unsalted butter, 2 tbsp (for skillet)
Light corn syrup, 1 tbsp (optional, for sticky marshmallows)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat
Sprinkle corn syrup evenly across the hot skillet
Add milk chocolate chips and stir until fully melted
Spread mini marshmallows in a thick layer over the melted chocolate
Bake until marshmallows are golden and slightly charred (6-8 minutes)
Let cool slightly before serving with graham crackers
Notes
Use cast-iron skillet for best caramelization. For extra sticky dip, microwave chocolate briefly before adding marshmallows. Substitute with semi-sweet/dark chocolate chips for less sweetness.
