Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll the crescent dough onto a baking sheet and pinch all seams together to form one solid piece of dough.
Brush the surface of the dough with half of the melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
While the pizza bakes, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to create a smooth icing.
Once the pizza is removed from the oven, drizzle the icing over the warm surface.
Slice into 8 equal pieces and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure the dough seams are pinched tightly to create a uniform crust. You can add a sprinkle of chopped pecans or walnuts before baking for extra texture. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days, though it is best enjoyed fresh.
