Ingredients

3 cups steamed white rice

1/4 cup diced green onions
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat pan on medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Brown ground beef, breaking into small crumbles (5-7 minutes).
Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir to coat and reduce sauce (4-5 minutes).
