Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice (100% pure)
0.5 cup lime juice
0.25 cup orange juice
1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
Pinch of salt (for rim)
Ice cubes (1 cup)
Fresh pineapple or lime wedge (for garnish)
Instructions
Squeeze fresh lime juice into a measuring cup
Measure orange juice and agave syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with 1 cup ice
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until chilled
Meanwhile, run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass
Dip glass rim in salt to coat
Strain into glass and add additional ice
Garnish with pineapple slice or lime wedge
Notes
Use chilled fruit juices to reduce melting
