Ingredients
24 soft dinner rolls
1.5 lbs lean ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the slabs of dinner rolls in half horizontally to create top and bottom layers.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully browned.
Place the bottom halves of the rolls onto a large parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the bottom rolls.
Layer the cheddar cheese quarters over the meat.
Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
