Description

A rich Italian-American pasta dish with golden chicken, farfalle, and a velvety garlic-infused cream sauce. Balanced with mozzarella, Parmesan, and optional red pepper flakes, this indulgent meal is ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts (5-6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
8 oz farfalle/pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Sauté chicken in olive oil until golden, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, herbs, and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
Add heavy cream to pan, simmer until slightly thickened.
Stir in cooked pasta, mozzarella, and Parmesan until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine chicken with sauce, serve immediately.

Notes

Pasta can be cooked ahead and reheated.
Adjust red pepper flakes for spice level.
For extra flavor, top with fresh parsley before serving.
