10 oz linguine
5 cloves garlic, freshly minced
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup beef broth (low-sodium)
1/3 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp sesame oil


Instructions

Preheat oven (optional for broiling) to 350°F
Bring large pot of salted water to boil and cook linguine 4-5 minutes until al dente
Heat large skillet over medium-high; brown ground beef with 1 tbsp sesame oil until seared, do not drain

Add sauce mixture to skillet with beef, stir to coat
Simmer 5-6 minutes until thickened and glossy
Toss cooked noodles into the skillet with sauce
Cook 1-2 minutes until noodles are glazed and tender
