Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning (1 oz)
1 packet au jus gravy mix (1 oz)
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pepperoncini peppers, including brine
Instructions
Pat chicken breasts dry and place in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix evenly over the chicken.
Stir melted butter into pepperoncini peppers and brine, then pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Shred the chicken using two forks while still in the slow cooker. Stir in the cooking liquid to combine thoroughly.
