Ingredients
6 cups pre-washed Romaine lettuce
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and red pepper flakes for the dressing.
Soak red onion slices in cold water for 5 minutes to soften, then drain.
