A rich, creamy dip combining soft cream cheese, tangy sour cream, sharp cheddar, and mozzarella with spiced jalapeños and a golden panko topping. Perfect for game days or parties.
Ingredients
16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
4 large fresh jalapeños, seeded and minced
6 oz crispy halal beef, crumbled
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth
Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and jalapeños
In a small skillet, cook halal beef until crispy, season with cumin and salt
Fold cooked beef into cheese mixture
Transfer to a 9×9-inch baking dish
Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top
Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly
Let rest 10 minutes before serving
Notes
Substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for tangier flavor
Prepare in advance and refrigerate for an hour to develop flavors
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced bell peppers
