Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken breasts
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen or canned corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup red enchilada sauce
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the onion, garlic, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and enchilada sauce.
