Ingredients
1 box vanilla cake mix (3.5 oz)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Line baking sheets with parchment paper
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil
Flick in sprinkles all at once to ensure even distribution
Dollop white chocolate chips into batter
Use a cookie scoop to form 24 mounds
Place cookies 2 inches apart on baking sheets
Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden around edges
Cool completely on wire racks
