Description

A safe, egg-free edible chocolate chip cookie dough recipe using heat-treated flour and milk for a creamy, fudge-like texture. Enjoy the nostalgic taste of raw dough without health risks.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 to 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) to heat-treat the flour
Pour flour onto a baking sheet and bake for 1 minute
Let flour cool completely to avoid a raw taste
In a large bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth
Add cooled flour, milk, and vanilla extract; mix until combined
Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed

Notes

Use oat flour for gluten-free version
Substitute light or dark brown sugar as preferred
Milk can be replaced with almond/soy/oat milk
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
