Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (lean)
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onions until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Transfer the meat mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the meat mixture.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the tots are golden brown and crispy and the edges are bubbling.
