Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp paprika
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with paprika
Heat skillet over medium-high; sear thighs (5-7 mins per side)
Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and garlic
Deglaze skillet with a splash of water, stir in sauce, and simmer 5 mins
Garnish with sesame seeds
