Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
12 slider buns
4 oz cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp onion powder
1 cup dill pickles, sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Shape beef into 12 equal 1.5-oz patties
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high
Sear patties 2-3 minutes per side, add cheese slices and melt
Toast buns on sheet pan 2-3 minutes
Combine mayo and mustard for sauce on buns
Add patties, pickles, garlic-onion powder seasoning
Return to oven 10-12 minutes until bubbly
