Description

These succulent Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a protein-packed masterpiece that balances rich, buttery aromatics with bold, savory umami notes. By air-frying tightly packed chicken pieces, you achieve a perfectly crispy, golden-brown exterior while locking in juicy moisture. This easy-to-prepare meal is ideal for busy weeknights, offering a professional-grade dining experience with minimal cleanup. It is a crowd-pleasing, nutritious dish that transforms simple poultry into a crave-worthy, high-protein staple that both children and adults will love.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, half of the parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until thoroughly coated in the marinade.
Thread the chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, packing them closely together to ensure they remain juicy during cooking.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the exterior is golden brown.
Remove from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Soaking your wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes is essential to prevent them from burning in the air fryer. You can serve these with a side of marinara sauce or a creamy garlic dipping sauce for extra flavor.
