Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth, low sodium
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package (6-8 oz) herb-seasoned dry stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
Fold in the cooked chicken pieces until well coated with the soup mixture.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a separate medium bowl, toss the dry stuffing mix with the melted butter until evenly moistened.
