Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven broiler to high setting.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
Spread a generous amount of the sauce over the top of each salmon fillet.
Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the heat and garnish immediately with sliced green onions.
Notes
Ensure the salmon fillets are of similar thickness to allow for even cooking.
Watch closely during the last few minutes of broiling to prevent the sauce from burning.
Serve immediately while warm for the best texture and flavor profile.
