Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small yellow onion, finely diced

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried parsley
optional: 2 tablespoons ketchup or mustard for the meat mixture
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
