Tender chicken breasts bathed in a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce, slow-cooked to perfection. This easy, high-protein meal offers a restaurant-quality flavor with minimal effort.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Italian herbs
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken breasts 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Transfer chicken to crockpot. Add garlic cloves to the hot pan, sauté 1 minute then add broth, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Pour the garlic-broth mixture over chicken in the crockpot. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Bone-in thighs can be used for extra moisture
Stir sauce halfway through cooking if liquid separates
Add cooked pasta or garlic bread as a side
