Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken drumsticks
1/4 cup raw honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed chili flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, chili flakes, and olive oil in a bowl
Place chicken on a baking sheet and pour marinade half over
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway
Brush remaining marinade on top during last 10 minutes
Broil 3-4 minutes until glaze caramelizes and skin crisps
Notes
For extra crisp, broil uncovered until golden
Chili flakes can be omitted or reduced
Marinade can be refrigerated for 3-4 days
