Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Combine flour, baking powder, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a bowl
In separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, vanilla
Mix wet ingredients into dry until just combined (avoid overmixing)
Fill donut molds 3/4 full with batter
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden
Immediately brush hot donuts with 1 tbsp melted butter
Toss in cinnamon-sugar coating (1/2 cup sugar + 2 tbsp cinnamon)
Let cool slightly, then dip in ganache (heat chocolate + cream, stir until glossy)
