Description

A hearty, one-pot Cheeseburger Macaroni Soup that combines the flavors of a classic burger with creamy cheddar broth and tender elbow pasta. Ready in 30 minutes, this comforting dish is perfect for families and cold nights.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups beef broth
2 cups elbow macaroni
16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (alcohol-free)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Preheat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, 5–7 minutes. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened, 3 minutes. Pour in beef broth, macaroni, and oregano; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is tender. Stir in cheddar cheese, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

Notes

Use alcohol-free Worcestershire sauce to comply with dietary restrictions.
For added veggie protein, stir in frozen peas after adding the cheese.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain texture.
