Ingredients
8 oz halal smoked sausage (e.g., chicken or turkey-based)
12 oz penne pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning blend (paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, etc.)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp butter

Instructions
