Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: grated Parmesan (non-dairy, if preferred)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for baking (optional)
Cook pasta according to package instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through
Add butter, onion, and garlic; sauté 2-3 minutes until tender
