Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts), cubed
12 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F for broiling option
Boil penne pasta 10-12 minutes until al dente
