Ingredients
1 pound ribeye or sirloin steak
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Pat beef pieces dry with paper towels
Heat skillet over high heat until shimmering
Sear steak bites in 1 tbsp butter for 1-2 minutes per side until browned
Transfer to plate and set aside
In bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper
Return steak to skillet and toss in hot butter mixture for 2 minutes
Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving
