Description

1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh minced cilantro
4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

Preheat skillet or griddle over medium heat. Fold each tortilla in half to form a half-moon shape.
Brush lightly with olive oil (optional for crispiness). Griddle for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and slightly charred.
Open tortillas and fill with equal portions of chicken, ranch, mozzarella, and cilantro.
