Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 4-6 pieces
Italian Seasoning Mix 1 packet
Heavy Cream 1 cup
Chicken Broth 1/2 cup

Garlic Cloves 3 cloves

Instructions

Chop sun-dried tomatoes and mince garlic
Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot
Add sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and heavy cream to the crockpot
Mix well to coat the chicken
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
In the final 30 minutes of cooking, stir in grated Parmesan cheese to create a buttery emulsion
Remove chicken breast 10-15 minutes before done to keep it tender
Garnish with additional Parmesan and fresh herbs before serving
