Ingredients
2 cups shredded roasted chicken (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup BBQ glaze (sweet/spicy blend, no alcohol)
6 slices garlic-infused sourdough bread
8 oz sliced Havarti cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
Combine chicken and BBQ glaze in bowl, mix until coated
Butter one side of each bread slice
Layer 1 slice (butter-side down), top with 3-4 cheese slices and half the BBQ chicken
Top with second slice (butter-side up), press gently
Heat until golden-brown, ~3 minutes per side
Transfer to cutting board, let rest 2-3 minutes before slicing
