Ingredients
2 flatbreads or naan
1 cup cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken preferred)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for basting)
1 cup low-moisture mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced red onion
2 tbsp garlic butter (or olive oil + 1 tsp garlic, minced)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet or pizza stone
Brush garlic butter over the surface of flatbreads
Sprinkle half the mozzarella and cheddar evenly
Layer shredded chicken over the cheese
Top with remaining cheese, then BBQ sauce
Crumble red onion on top
Bake for 8-12 minutes until cheese melts and flatbread is golden, rotating halfway for even cooking
Drizzle additional BBQ sauce on top if desired before serving
