Juicy grilled Bang Bang Chicken Skewers coated in a creamy sweet and spicy sauce perfect for BBQ meals and summer picnics.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite sized chunks.
2. Season with olive oil salt pepper garlic powder and smoked paprika.
3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
4. Grill over medium high heat for 10 to 12 minutes turning occasionally.
5. Mix mayonnaise sriracha honey and rice vinegar to make bang bang sauce.
6. Brush sauce over cooked chicken skewers.
7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for extra juicy skewers.
Serve additional bang bang sauce on the side for dipping.
