Description

A warm and satisfying tuna melt wrap made with Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, corn, red onion, and melted mozzarella.


Ingredients

1 can skipjack tuna, drained

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp dill relish

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup corn

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 large wrap (10-inch)


Instructions

1. Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl.

2. Mix in Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, dill relish, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.

3. Fold in red onion and corn.

4. Spread the tuna mixture onto the wrap and top with mozzarella.

5. Roll the wrap tightly.

6. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and melted.

Notes

Use whole wheat wraps for added fiber.
