Ingredients
4 to 6 medium Russet potatoes
1 pound lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
Shredded lettuce
Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Salsa
Guacamole
Green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash, dry, poke holes, wrap in foil, and bake potatoes for 1 hour.
2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat and drain grease.
3. Add taco seasoning and water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Cut open baked potatoes and fluff inside.
5. Fill with taco meat and add toppings.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
