A creamy strawberry milkshake chia pudding made with fresh strawberries, chia seeds, and sugarfree sweetness for a healthy everyday diet.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Stevia or monk fruit to taste
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend strawberries and almond milk until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a bowl or jar.
3. Stir in chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener.
4. Mix well and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
5. Stir before serving and add yogurt if desired.
Notes
Stir again after 15 minutes to improve texture.
Adjust thickness with extra milk or chia seeds.
