A quick and healthy strawberry cheesecake bowl made with creamy yogurt, fresh strawberries, and graham cracker crumbs for a light dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
2 tbsp whipped topping (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl mix Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add honey and vanilla extract and stir well.
3. Slice fresh strawberries.
4. Spoon the yogurt mixture into a serving bowl.
5. Top with strawberries.
6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
7. Add optional toppings like chia seeds or whipped topping and serve.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture.
Add graham cracker crumbs just before serving for crunch.
