Description
Crispy baked cauliflower tossed in a rich sesame sauce, perfect for a vegan and gluten-free meal.
Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower
1/3 cup rice flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup water
1.5 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1–2 tbsp sriracha
1 inch ginger
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200C and line tray.
2. Mix batter and coat cauliflower.
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
4. Prepare sauce and cook until thick.
5. Toss cauliflower in sauce and garnish.
Notes
Use maple syrup for vegan version.
Serve immediately for best texture.
