Ingredients
2 cups whole milk ricotta
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
1. Beat ricotta and softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
2. Mix in lemon juice and kosher salt.
3. Spread mixture into shallow serving dish.
4. Top with smoked salmon, red onion, capers, lemon zest, everything bagel seasoning, and dill.
5. Serve with bagel crisps, cucumber slices, and lemon wedges.
Notes
