Description
Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Chicken and Potatoes combines juicy chicken, creamy mini potatoes, and a rich garlic-Parmesan sauce for an easy and comforting meal.
Ingredients
2–3 boneless chicken breasts
1.5 lbs mini potatoes
4 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Season chicken with spices.
2. Place mini potatoes in slow cooker.
3. Whisk butter, oil, garlic, Parmesan, cream, broth, and seasoning.
4. Add chicken on top of potatoes and pour sauce over.
5. Cook on LOW 5–6 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs.
6. Garnish and serve.
Notes
You may sear chicken before adding for extra flavor.
Add carrots or green beans for a complete meal.
