Ingredients
8 hard-boiled eggs
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 celery stalk, diced small
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Fold in diced celery.
4. Add chopped eggs and gently stir until evenly coated.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
