Creamy, no-bake Pumpkin Oreo Balls coated in white chocolate a quick and easy fall dessert full of cozy flavor.
Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies (original or golden)
120 g cream cheese (softened)
60 g pumpkin purée
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
200 g white chocolate (melted)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese with pumpkin purée until smooth.
3. Add pumpkin pie spice and crushed Oreos; stir until a dough forms.
4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
5. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
6. Dip each ball in melted white chocolate and place back on the tray.
7. Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs or cinnamon on top.
8. Chill until the chocolate coating is set, then serve and enjoy.
Notes
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
For variation, use dark or semi-sweet chocolate instead of white.
Add a touch of nutmeg or espresso powder for extra depth of flavor.
