Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies (original or golden)

120 g cream cheese (softened)

60 g pumpkin purée

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

200 g white chocolate (melted)

Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.

2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese with pumpkin purée until smooth.

3. Add pumpkin pie spice and crushed Oreos; stir until a dough forms.

4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

5. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.

6. Dip each ball in melted white chocolate and place back on the tray.

7. Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs or cinnamon on top.
