Ingredients
1 cup warm milk (110°F)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups diced peaches (fresh or frozen, drained)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl, warm milk with 1 teaspoon sugar to activate yeast; let foam form.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and eggs with milk mixture; knead until smooth. Add melted butter during final folds.
Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
In a small bowl, combine diced peaches, brown sugar, and half the cinnamon.
Roll out dough to a 16×12 inch rectangle. Spread peach mixture along one edge, then roll tightly. Slice into 12 rolls.
Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
For glaze: Cream softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually, then vanilla and remaining cinnamon. Drizzle on cooled rolls.
Notes
Use non-dairy milk and vegan butter for a vegan version.
Replace regular salt with coarse sea salt for a more robust flavor.
Adjust cinnamon to 3 teaspoons for a spicier profile.
Storage: Keep rolls airtight for up to 2 days. Reheat at 300°F for 10 minutes.
