A comforting one-pot creamy garlic parmesan pasta with chicken that’s easy, cheesy, and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
12 oz uncooked pasta
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic briefly in same pot.
3. Add broth and cream, bring to simmer.
4. Add pasta and cook until tender.
5. Stir in parmesan and seasoning.
6. Return chicken, mix well, and serve.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture.
