Description
Mini pizza cupcakes baked in a cupcake pan with mozzarella, sauce, and classic toppings.
Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup mini pepperoni
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp grated parmesan
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease cupcake pan.
2. Cut pizza dough into squares and press into pan.
3. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
4. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
5. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Let rest before removing.
Reheat in oven for crisp texture.
