Ingredients

2 bunches curly kale

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup croutons


Instructions

1. Remove stems and chop kale.

2. Massage kale with olive oil and salt.

3. Whisk lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Toss dressing with kale.

5. Add parmesan and croutons before serving.
