Ingredients
6 chicken thighs
1 lb green beans
4 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Season chicken thighs.
2. Sear chicken until golden.
3. Remove and cook green beans.
4. Add butter and garlic.
5. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
6. Return chicken and cook until done.
Notes
Use fresh green beans for best texture.
