A rich and cheesy keto cheeseburger casserole made with ground beef, cheddar, and classic burger flavors for a satisfying low carb meal.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds extra-lean ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup unsweetened ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease baking dish.
2. Cook ground beef and onion in olive oil until browned.
3. Drain excess liquid and return to skillet.
4. Add salt, pepper, and garlic and cook briefly.
5. Mix in mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and cheese.
6. Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
7. Bake for 15 minutes until melted and heated through.
8. Optional broil for 1-2 minutes for golden top.
Notes
Use sharp cheddar for stronger flavor.
