Description

A clean homemade protein powder made with oats, nuts, seeds, and milk powder for healthy protein shakes.


Ingredients

1/2 cup oats

1 cup almonds

1/4 cup cashews

1/2 cup walnuts

1/4 cup pistachios

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

2 tbsp melon seeds

1/2 cup unsweetened milk powder


Instructions

1. Dry roast oats and cool.

2. Dry roast nuts and seeds separately.

3. Blend oats into flour.

4. Add nuts and seeds and blend.

5. Mix in milk powder.

6. Store in airtight jar.

Notes

Use 1 tbsp per shake.

Store up to one month.
